Landscape Installation Crew Members

 

Driftless Gardens is accepting applications for full time landscape installation crew member positions.

Job Duties/Description:

​

Joining Driftless Gardens' landscape crew will mean taking responsibility to complete the following tasks correctly and efficiently:

​

-Installing patios, retaining walls, fences and other landscape features

-Accurately following verbal or written instructions

-Driving/operating a range of vehicles, trailers, machinery and power tools

 

This position covers a wide range of responsibilities so a dedication to learning and developing new skills is a must.

 

Requirements:

 

-Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team

-Commitment to honesty, integrity and care for the environment

-Desire to work hard and quickly learn new knowledge and skills

-Ability to lift up to 80 lb, bend, carry, dig and use machinery for extended periods in all types of weather

-Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

​

Experience with horticulture practices or other hands on work is preferred. 

​

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay based on experience with room for growth.
