Our Philosophy
Driftless Gardens was founded in 2011 by owner Jeff Scott. Having grown up in Decorah, Jeff had a strong desire to return to the Driftless area. From the beginning, Jeff and the crew at Driftless Gardens focused on providing quality services and unique solutions to the needs of their clients. Driftless Gardens continues to grow their expertise with professional training and certifications in organic land care, rain garden construction and permaculture design.
At Driftess Gardens, we recognize that humans are fortunate to share this planet with plants, animals and many other types of life. We strive to ensure that each part of what we do benefits not just our clients, but also the natural world we all call home. We hope our work contributes to making all these lives better and that we will be fortunate enough to continue doing so for many years to come.
